The role wears multiple hats—overseeing accounting, finance, HR and office operations, partnering with ownership, and supporting strategic planning for sustainable growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA designation (active or previously held) required.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
• Previous experience in a small, family-owned or entrepreneurial organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and report regularly to ownership.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and compliance with bank covenants.
• Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and other accounting and finance functions.
• Lead the monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate sales/use tax filings, quarterly reporting, and work with the CPA firm.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing multiple hats, partnering directly with ownership, and contributing across accounting, finance, HR, and office operations. Responsibilities
