Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Corporate Controller for a well‑established manufacturing client. The role leads the accounting function, reports to the CFO, and has potential succession to the CFO.

This hybrid position offers a strategic opportunity to modernize processes, strengthen internal controls, and manage month-/quarter-/year-end closes, cash, AR/AP, inventory, and fixed assets while supporting audits and tax filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
• Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.
• CPA is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Oversee cash management, AR/AP, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Develop and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Support audits, tax filings, and special projects as needed.
