Base pay range

$190,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

Hiring, Controller "Remote". Our client "PE owned" is seeking a Controller with Data Centers, or anything tech, hardware industry "SaaS is ok" (IT services, data centers, SaaS etc.) experience. Client installs all the interior digital equipment / hardware nationally. This is a full time permanent Remote position "anywhere in United States"! Reporting to the CFO, Controller candidate will embrace tech as the team is very automated, you will have experience operating efficiently and using tech to your advantage. 7+ years full cycle GL GAAP, financial reporting and month end close experience. WIP reporting experience is a plus! PE owned or backed company experience is preferred, not required. Candidate will have experience in previous role / company where they’ve needed to provide substantial upward reporting (board reporting, investor reporting, Holding Company reporting, reporting to lenders, etc.).

Would be great if you have experience with companies that were owned by a holding company with different subsidiaries.

PE or VC backed, Data Centers or anything Tech / hardware with $50m - $350m in annual revenue.

Experience:

7-12+ years of progressive accounting experience, need to be in a Controller or Assistant Controller role currently.

MUST have started career in Big 4 or other top 50 public accounting firm (Big 4 is highly preferred).

PE backed portfolio company is a plus.

CPA preferred / not required.

MUST have NetSuite experience, non negotiable.

Would be great if you have go to market preparation experience "sale" at company where you participated in a capital transaction or exit, but not required.

$200K annual salary + bonus and full suite of benefits.
