Base pay range

$175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Controller

Fully Remote - EST or CST time zones only

Looking to onboard a Controller to manage the US accounting for one of our midmarket, global clients. Looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, energetic, comfortable with a variety of tools and new technology, working in a global company with global teams in a diverse work environment; candidates who present with a highly professional demeanor, clear communication style, drive, and genuine curiosity for and interest in the industry.

Candidates must have a CPA, prior public accounting and extensive experience working with international entities/teams or large-scale consolidations across a multi-unit organization.

Compensation: $175-200K + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for the region.
• Prepare and review regional financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and local regulations.
• Manage and develop regional accounting teams; provide leadership, training, and performance management.
• Support audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors as needed.
• Partner with operational leadership to provide financial insights and decision support.
• Oversee regional cash flow management and working capital optimization.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls across regional entities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• CPA Required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior work with a public accounting firm - either Big 4 or regional, prominent firms with multiple offices
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
