WHAT YOU’LL DOLead accounting operations and financial reporting, including monthly close, reconciliations, cash flow management, general ledger accuracy, and financial controls.Develop and optimize costing and pricing models using material, labor, overhead, inventory, and production data to improve margin visibility and pricing decisions.Analyze financial and operational performance to identify profitability drivers, margin erosion, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements.Drive financial planning and systems improvement, including forecasting, financial modeling, scenario planning, reporting automation, and optimization of QuickBooks and ERP/MRP systems.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus.Strong manufacturing accounting expertise, including inventory, WIP, job costing, standard costing, financial reporting, and operational cost analysis.Advanced systems and financial management skills, including QuickBooks, ERP/MRP systems, month-end close, general ledger accounting, cash-flow forecasting, and financial reporting.Proven leadership and analytical capabilities, with experience developing accounting/finance teams, improving processes and reporting, and partnering with outside CPAs, auditors, and business leaders.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSOffice-based position requiring regular computer, financial-system, and reporting work.
