Oversees the Plant Accounting team and all capital transactions, including General Plant and Leases. Reviews transactions processed through the accounts payable system; authorizes and signs cash disbursements, credit balance, and capital credit checks. Oversees the budget preparation and distribution of e-mails notifying the departments their reports are available in the budgeting software for actual versus budget comparison. Oversees, leads, and manages all FEMA and FDEM grant projects.
