Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing.
• Prior Controller or similar leadership experience.
• Strong background in financial reporting and cost accounting.
• Experience in a multi-location environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead general ledger, consolidations, and management reporting.
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and banking relationships.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes.
• Partner with operations to drive performance and support decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
