Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Controller to lead daily accounting and financial operations at our Tulare County onsite location. The role offers a competitive $120,000–$170,000 salary, three weeks PTO, comprehensive benefits, and a path to expanded leadership responsibilities.

You will oversee month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management while ensuring GAAP compliance and strategic financial decision support for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounting and financial management experience.
• Prior leadership or management experience within an accounting function.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
