Job summary

CFS is seeking an experienced Controller in Plymouth, IN to lead the accounting function, drive financial performance, and partner with executive leadership. This 100% onsite role combines hands-on accounting with strategic finance oversight.

Responsibilities include month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, and developing strong internal controls. The ideal candidate has CPA/CMA preferred, 7+ years of leadership in manufacturing or multi-entity settings,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems.
