Job summary

Ledgent is seeking a Controller for a North Orange County manufacturing client. The role oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, and business planning, partnering with executive leadership to drive accurate results and strategic improvements.

Responsibilities include GL management, month-end close, budgeting, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize processes and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, including Controller or senior accounting management responsibilities.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-based industry experience required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience preferred.
• CPA and/or MBA is a plus.

Our growing manufacturing client is seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and business planning activities. This role partners closely with executive leadership to ensure accurate financial results, support strategic decision-making, and drive process improvements across the organization.
