Controller
Compensation: $165,000–$175,000
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)
Why This Controller Opportunity Stands Out
- This is not a traditional Controller role. As a Controller, you’ll operate at the intersection of technical accounting, SEC reporting, and public‑company readiness within a fast‑growing, publicly traded organization.
- The Controller will work closely with an experienced, Big 4‑trained leadership team in a collaborative, high‑caliber environment with a strong culture and long‑term equity upside.
- This Controller position emphasizes technical depth over transactional work, making it ideal for someone who wants to stay close to complex accounting issues.
- Equity participation after year one, fully covered medical premiums, and brand‑new downtown Orlando offices make this a compelling opportunity for a Controller seeking impact and stability.
