• Drive monthly and quarterly close processes with emphasis on technical accounting accuracy.
• Lead application and interpretation of complex accounting standards.
• Prepare and review technical accounting memos and position papers.
• Support SEC reporting efforts while ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX.
