Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment.
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost accounting processes, including standard costing and inventory valuation.
• Support analysis of margins, production costs, and operational performance.
• Oversee inventory reporting and related financial controls.
• Assist with month-end close activities and internal reporting requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial accuracy and process consistency.

Compensation:

$115,000–$130,000 + Bonus
