Job summary

CV Resources is partnering with a well-established organization to identify a Controller who will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, audit coordination, and compliance activities.

You will lead month-end close, review journals, and collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls. This role is based in New Mexico and offers opportunities to influence financial planning in a dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit processes.
• Experience with government, grant, nonprofit, educational, or public-sector accounting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
