Job summary

Radius Packaging is seeking a Controller in New Berlin, WI to lead our accounting function, ensure accurate financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls. The role reports to the CFO and provides meaningful insights to guide business decisions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting with 5+ years in manufacturing accounting, strong GAAP knowledge, ERP experience, and advanced Excel skills. CPA preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all general and cost accounting activities.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare and reconcile bank accounts and fixed assets.
• Maintain financial forecasts including cash flow.
• Ensure ERP system integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Analyze cost structures and variances.
• Lead inventory accounting and physical inventory processes.
• Serve as internal auditor for payroll.
• Support external financial audits.
• Develop and manage budgets and variance analysis.
• Lead and develop accounting team members.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and collections.
• Prepare and oversee tax filings.
• Support financial reporting systems including Tableau.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
