Job summary

MC Talent Partners has been retained to identify an experienced Controller for a confidential search with a respected nonprofit organization in the Greater Los Angeles area. The Controller will lead accounting and financial reporting, oversee close processes, manage fund accounting and grants, coordinate with external auditors, and develop a strong accounting

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, federal grants management, and grant compliance.
• Progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Nonprofit accounting expertise.
• Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Experience leading audits and strengthening internal controls.
• Proven success leading and developing accounting teams.
