Job summary

Selby Jennings is seeking a Controller for an international manufacturer in Los Angeles, responsible for overseeing accounting, reporting, and compliance. You will guide AR/AP, general ledger, payroll, and budgets, and deliver strategic financial insights to senior leadership.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage audits, and translate financial results into ROI metrics, driving short- and long-term planning while ensuring regulatory compliance and healthy financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, or related industry.
• Understanding of inventory management, invoices, and finished goods.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and managing budgets.
• Experience relaying financial analyses to ownership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
