Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience managing audits and working with external auditors.
• Prior experience in healthcare services or related environments preferred.
• ERP or financial systems implementations experience a plus.
• CPA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual close processes, ensuring accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Serve as technical accounting lead, including revenue recognition, inventory, intercompany activity, and complex transactions.
• Oversee consolidation of multiple entities and business units.
• Manage external audit process, including preparation, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Review significant journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and reserves.
• Support system implementations and ERP transitions, ensuring data integrity and process design.
• Oversee cash, receivables, payables, and liquidity management.
• Partner with leadership across operations, finance, and IT to support business initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
• Coordinate with external partners on tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
