Job summary

CFS in Indianapolis is seeking a Controller to lead all accounting and financial reporting for a $40M revenue organization, reporting directly to the CFO and gaining visibility to executive leadership.

This role manages month-end close, banking relationships, payroll approvals, audits, and internal controls while analyzing margins and performance across multiple sites in Indiana and Pennsylvania. A bachelor's in accounting or finance and controller-level experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Current or recent Controller-level experience required.
• Experience within organizations generating $30M+ in annual revenue.
• Stable career history with demonstrated tenure and progression.
• Multi-location accounting experience preferred.
• Private equity-backed company experience preferred.
• Experience with Dynamics, Claude, or similar financial systems preferred.
