CFS is seeking a Controller to serve as the financial leader for a growing, project-based organization with in-house design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance capabilities.

The role focuses on owning financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project financial analysis, ensuring profitability and strategic insight across cross-functional teams. You'll partner with executives to drive sound decisions and strengthen controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
  • 10+ years experience preferably in manufacturing, construction or distribution environment.
  • Management experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, WIP reporting, job costing, and project financial analysis as the Controller.
  • Oversee the daily accounting function, month-end close, reconciliations, cash flow, and financial reporting.
  • Partner with project managers and operational leaders to analyze project performance, identify trends, and improve profitability.
  • Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, systems, and reporting while driving continuous improvement.
  • Support executive leadership with financial strategy, planning, cash flow management, and business decision-making.
