Job summary

CFS in Columbus, IN is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead multi-entity accounting, close processes, and financial reporting across the organization. You will partner with executive leadership and operations to deliver accurate insights and drive budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in manufacturing finance, a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance, and CPA preferred, with experience in consolidations and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions across multiple legal entities.
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes with accurate financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and financial analysis.
• Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with executive leadership and operations to provide insights and drive improvements.

Qualifications For The Controller

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred.

• Experience managing multi-entity accounting, consolidations, financial reporting, and ERP systems.
