This senior role sits at the center of strategic decisions and operational excellence, offering hands-on engagement with the books while driving internal controls, policies, and costing processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting leadership experience in Manufacturing or Distribution.
• QuickBooks proficiency required.
• ERP experience a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
• Manage inventory calculation methods and product costing processes.
• Provide actionable financial insights to leadership and report to the CEO/President.
• Produce financial models and tax filings and stay hands-on with the books.
