For leaders, this means joining a company that values business performance, responsible stewardship, meaningful relationships, and positive community impact.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Own the accuracy and timeliness of the general ledger, monthly close, account reconciliations, financial statements, and recurring management reporting.
  • Present financial results to the management team and translate trends, variances, risks, and opportunities into clear business implications.
  • Partner with operating leaders to improve performance across revenue, margin, labor, inventory, working capital, spending, and other key drivers.

HOW YOU WILL WORK

You will be both a financial steward and a business partner. The strongest candidate will be comfortable moving between accounting detail and company-level decisions, asking good questions, explaining financial information without jargon, and helping leaders act on what the numbers show.
