Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Controller to lead monthly reporting, financial statements, GL management, and oversee two rooftops. You will implement bonus plans and optimize dealership finance using CDK and Reynolds systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Controller role.
• Experience with monthly reporting, financial statements, GL management.
• Proficiency in CDK Software and Reynolds and Reynolds systems.
• Experience implementing bonus plans and overseeing multiple unit operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly reports, financial statements, and cash flow projections for management and the board.
• Ensure accuracy of the general ledger (GL) and all financial statements.
• Manage CDK Software use in financial operations.
• Implement and manage bonus plans to incentivize staff performance.
• Oversee financial operations of two rooftops, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Work with Reynolds and Reynolds system to manage dealership operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company objectives.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and analyze financial data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the production of monthly reports, financial statements, and cash flow projections for management and the board.
• Ensuring the accuracy of our general ledger (GL) and all financial statements.
• Managing the use of CDK Software in our financial operations.

• Proven experience with monthly reporting, preparing financial statements, managing GL and financials.
• Proficiency in CDK Software, Reynolds and Reynolds system.
• Demonstrable experience with bonus plans and overseeing multiple business units or rooftops.
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in clear, concise terms.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
