Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Controller for a Raleigh-Durham manufacturing operation undergoing an acquisition transition. You will own standard costing and manufacturing cost accounting, drive month-end close, and partner with operations leadership to influence key business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own standard costing and manufacturing cost accounting activities.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Analyze cost variances and provide insights to improve operational performance.
• Partner with operations and plant leadership to support business decisions.
• Support general ledger accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Coordinate with shared services team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
