Job summary

Unknown company in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead the accounting function and partner with operations and executives to guide financial strategy for a growing manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities include leading all accounting and financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cost/inventory accounting, internal controls, and mentoring the accounting team within a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Active CPA required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Manufacturing accounting experience required.
• ERP experience required; SAP preferred.
