Job summary

Venturity Financial Partners is seeking a senior-level accounting executive to oversee the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the organization’s financial health and strategic decision support.

Responsibilities include managing records, budgeting, forecasting, and leading payroll and staff. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands-on experience, CPA preferred, and proficiency with QuickBooks or similar ERP

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
  • CPA designation preferred.
  • 8+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
  • Experience with multi-company business.
  • Experience in expanding, fast growing organizations.
  • Experience with QuickBooks strongly preferred, Great Plains and other accounting software a plus.
  • Extensive full cycle accounting experience including closing the books and financial statement preparation and analysis required.
  • Prior Controllership experience.
