Job summary

Venturity Financial Partners INC is seeking a senior-level financial professional to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. You will guide the company’s financial health and support strategic decisions.

This role leads accounting staff, closes books, and implements strong controls in a fast-growing multi‑company environment. A CPA is preferred, with 8+ years of hands-on experience and expertise in QuickBooks or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
  • CPA designation preferred.
  • 8+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
  • Experience with multi-company business.
  • Experience in expanding, fast growing organizations.
  • Experience with QuickBooks strongly preferred, Great Plains and other accounting software a plus.
  • Extensive full cycle accounting experience including closing the books and financial statement preparation and analysis required.
  • Prior Controllership experience.

Duties include:
  • Managing accounting records and financial statements
  • Ensuring compliance with tax laws and business regulations
  • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Supervising accounting staff and payroll operations
  • Implement financial controls and risk management strategies
  • Assist management with important financial decisionsPrepare and present month end financial statements to senior management.

Skills include:
