Job summary

Heartview Foundation is seeking a controller-level professional to lead the Accounting Department in Bismarck, ND. You will oversee the general ledger, financial close, reporting, internal controls, and audit preparation, partnering with leadership to strengthen budgeting and cost accounting.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will serve as the primary resource for routine accounting matters and are responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial records and reporting. The position supervises accounting staff; oversees the general ledger, financial close, reconciliations, internal controls, grant accounting, and audit preparation; and serves as the primary resource for routine accounting matters. The Controller partners with the Chief Financial Officer to strengthen financial systems, budgeting, management reporting, and cost accounting so organizational leaders have timely and relevant information to manage Heartview effectively.

Position Hours

• Full-Time, 40-hours per week, Monday through Friday
