Job summary

CFS, Ball Ground, GA, seeks a seasoned Controller to elevate finance across multiple manufacturing sites onsite. You will drive strategic planning, forecasting, and routine financial governance while leading a growth-oriented finance team.

Collaborate with operations, commercial, and executive leaders to maximize performance, manage capital investments, and ensure accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of finance leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and ERP systems.
• CPA and/or CMA preferred; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and decision support.
• Oversee monthly close, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Drive internal control compliance, audit readiness, and financial governance processes.
• Evaluate capital investments and monitor financial performance against business objectives.
• Develop and lead finance and accounting teams across multiple locations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

CPA or CMA preferred; MBA is a plus
