Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare, human services, or professional services sectors.
• Proficiency with accounting systems (Dynamics SL preferred), Excel, and report writing tools.
• Strong knowledge of non-profit accounting, GAAP, A-133 compliance, and cost accounting.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in team management and process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with government contracting processes and cost reporting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
