Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of electrical wiring or panel wiring experience.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Proficient with common electrical hand and power tools.
  • Experience using a digital multimeter.
  • Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending, reaching, squatting, and pushing/pulling as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in electrical wiring, panel wiring, or related manufacturing experience.

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending, reaching, squatting, and pushing/pulling as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of UL and NEC standards.
  • Experience with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
  • Field service experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand, bend, squat, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the workday.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, sleeves, hearing protection, and safety shoes.
Work Environment

Manufacturing environment producing low-voltage (600 VAC or less) switchgear and power panels. Safety, quality, teamwork, and productivity are essential expectations.
