Qualifications

• HS education or GED preferred.
• 2–5 years of industry experience.
• CV Level II certification completed.
• QC assessment completed.
• Quality Standardization Procedures completed.
• Level II Written and Performance Tests completed.
• OSHA and TWIC card (if required).
• Proficient with PMI equipment and precision tools.
• Ability to assemble, test, and calibrate valves from multiple manufacturers.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform valve assembly, testing, and troubleshooting per standards.
• Locate, read, and apply manufacturer manuals.
• Verify measurements and calibrations per specs.
• Mentor junior technicians and support a lead role.
• Install instrumentation and accessories as needed.
• Operate diagnostic equipment and maintain documentation.
