Job summary

Cencora in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain Materials Handling Equipment and Automated Picking System controls within our distribution center. You will read CAD layouts and electrical diagrams, work with PLCs and MHE software, and may need to work overtime to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience; strong electrical background preferred.
• Ability to read CAD layouts and electrical diagrams.
• Experience with PLCs and MHE software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses Materials Handling Equipment and Automated Picking System errors and performs repairs.
• Maintains equipment and performs system upgrades and modifications.
• Assesses efficiency and implements necessary changes.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance to keep warehouse operations productive.
• Manages CMMS/EAM records for repairs and inventory of spare parts.
