Job summary

ISC Constructors LLC in Texas seeks a positive, energetic Control System Specialist to support instrumentation installation, commissioning, and maintenance across our projects. You will work with the I&PC team and be the ambassador for OT integrity while coordinating multiple jobs.

The role requires at least 4 years of craft-specific experience, an Associate’s degree in Instrumentation, and the ability to pass NCCER written assessment and drug screening.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years craft-specific experience.
Associate's degree in Instrumentation.
Ability to meet NCCER Written Skill Assessment.
Ability to pass post-offer drug/alcohol test and background checks.

Responsibilities

Provide scope for installation and commissioning of instrumentation.
Perform Long Term Proactive Monitoring (LTPM) using AMS to detect failures.
Coordinate MOCs and Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) items.
Investigate trips and make recommendations for changes to BPCS/SIS.
Provide technical support for instrument-related hardware (DCS, PLC, transmitters, valves).
Respond to off-hour callouts.
Review instrumentation system revisions for site standards and strategies.
