Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Reliability Engineer for Control Systems to oversee critical monitoring and control systems across core data center facilities. You will act as the SME for control systems, guide maintenance planning, and provide technical support to Site Operations teams.

Candidates should have experience with PLCs, Rockwell/Carel/GE systems, and Ignition HMI. Hybrid work near major airports is offered; travel up to ~25% within US/Canada may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in data center ops or related field.
• Experience with PLC programming and control systems.
• Familiar with Ignition HMI software.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design verification and testing of control systems for new builds.
• Maintain reliability of monitoring and control systems.
• Provide technical support to Site Operations teams.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, and Design teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure data reliability and proper data handling.
