Thermo Systems LLC. seeks a Lead Control Systems Engineer to drive complex control projects from concept to completion, including FAT, field startup and commissioning. You will design, test, and coordinate with customers, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years total experience, a BS in EE/ME/CS, and at least 2 years in lead roles, with readiness for significant site travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field with relevant technical experience.
• Typically 4+ years total experience in control systems engineering.
• 2+ years in a Lead Control Systems Engineer role or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or manage control system projects from initiation to close.
• Perform FAT and field startup/commissioning activities.
• Review piping & instrumentation diagrams and wiring diagrams for field applicability.
• Provide customer-facing technical support and ensure adherence to project scope.
• Coordinate with customers and trade partners to deliver on schedule.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities.
• Mentor junior staff and promote a collaborative team environment.
