Job summary

The Stellix Group is seeking a Technical Proposals & Estimating Lead in the United States to develop detailed cost estimates for control systems and automation projects. You will leverage technical knowledge to define scope, pricing, and ensure proposals are competitive and technically sound.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, manage the estimating portion of proposals, coordinate with vendors, and drive timely delivery of pricing summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–8+ years of experience in control systems, automation, or related environment.
• Ability to translate requirements into scope and cost, with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for control systems and automation projects.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define scope, assumptions, and solutions.
• Lead estimating portion of proposal development and coordinate timings for deadlines.
• Translate customer requirements into clear scope and pricing.
• Maintain estimating templates and cost data for future proposals.
