Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced LabVIEW programming for machine control and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of control system design techniques.
• Familiarity with Statistical Process Controls and related techniques.
• Experience with control panel design and wiring diagrams.
• Lean knowledge (Green Belt preferred).
• Electronics troubleshooting to component level; analog and digital circuits.
• Experience with test equipment: oscilloscopes, DMMs, spectrum analyzers.
• Experience with microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino) and PLC ladder logic.
• Knowledge of Serial, SPI, I2C, GPIB, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Ethernet, TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support control systems for end-of-line equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on site and remotely to ensure safety and performance.
• Develop LabVIEW-based control, data acquisition, and GUI/HMI systems.
• Generate schematics and diagrams; oversee component procurement and integration.
• Analyze test data to identify failures and drive continuous improvements.
