GrayMatter seeks a Control Systems Engineer in Cincinnati, Ohio to manage specialized work with precision and reliability. The role emphasizes attention to detail, duty, and disciplined execution.

Travel to client sites will be required up to 40% to support onsite pilots, FAT/SAT testing, and demonstrations. Required are a bachelor’s degree in an applicable field and 3+ years of PLC programming experience across Schneider, Allen-Bradley/ControlLogix, Siemens, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field (EE, EET, ME, MET or comparable). An equivalent combination of experience and training may also be considered
• 3+ years of relevant experience with PLC programming and control systems
• Experience with industrial application programming languages and electrical schematics

Responsibilities

• Perform GrayMatter services to meet client needs, focusing on Control Systems
• Design, develop and implement solutions to resolve customer issues
• Consult with and train end users on new applications
• Assist in project development and planning
• Perform onsite pilots, FAT/SAT testing and demos as needed
• Position requires travel to customer locations (30-40%)
• Local to Cincinnati, OH area
