Inflexion Point is currently looking for a Control System Engineer I who will be an integral part of our startup, commissioning and support team. This role requires up to 80% travel throughout the United States. As a Control System Engineer I in this role, you will be responsible for the startup, commissioning, troubleshooting and long-term support of process control and automation systems for our renewable natural gas, life sciences, food and beverage and consumer products customers. Working alongside your project team, you will test, debug and startup the DCS, PLC, SCADA/HMI and MES systems that the development team designs and builds. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager.

Proficiency in the use of electrical diagnostic equipment such as process meters, signal generators is preferred.
Duties will require travel to customer sites/locations. Must be willing and able to travel approximately 80% in a variety of manufacturing facilities. Remote support duties are performed in an office environment. Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment which includes, but is not limited to, computers. Minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues.
Physical Demands
Must be able to sit and/or stand for prolonged hours consistent with the average workday; to operate a computer and other office equipment, including but not limited to computer, printer, etc. Must be able to climb stairs and/or ladders; must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl; must be able to move, transport, position, place, install, remove and/or replace various types of equipment; must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. unassisted.
