Job summary

ERMC Aviation is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team at the Alcoa airport. You will respond to employee issues, communicate with the Station Manager, schedule shift meetings, train and coach staff, and enforce safety and policy compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires working nights, weekends, holidays, and obtaining security clearances. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401k, life insurance, and flight benefits.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Requirements and Description

Responsibilities:

• Responds to employee issues or complaints in a timely matter.
• Communicates with the Station Manager concerning any problems or issues.
• Schedules and conducts shift meetings.
• Trains, coaches, counsels, and mentors’ employees in compliance with station policies.
• Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anit-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards

Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
• Must be able to work in cramped or high places.
• Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs.
