Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is hiring a Production Panel Line Control Room Operator to monitor and control a highly automated panel line from a centralized control room. You will adjust machine settings, respond to alarms, and coordinate with maintenance and production teams on a 12-hour shift.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HMI/SCADA/PLC/DCS and a strong eye for process control, quality, and safety. Compensation includes shift differential and a sign-on bonus, with training on day shift

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with HMI/SCADA/PLC/DCS or similar systems.
Ability to read and interpret machine parameters, alarms, trends, and operating conditions.

Responsibilities

Monitor and operate automated manufacturing processes from a centralized control room.
Monitor production equipment through HMI, SCADA, PLC, DCS, and computerized control systems.
Start, stop, and adjust equipment according to SOPs.
Respond to alarms and process deviations; troubleshoot basic issues.
Maintain shift logs, downtime records, and accurate handoffs to the next shift.
