Job summary

The Hershey Company in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Control Room Operator to direct feed production and coordinate essential activities with transportation, purchasing and customer service. You will manage scheduling, batching, pelleting, loading and shipping, ensuring accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include inputting formulas, supporting inventory management of ingredients and finished products, and maintaining precise logs.

• Inputs formula into WEM from formula from customer service.
• Support inventory management of ingredients and finished products.
• Maximizes mill feed production through cooperation with other team members.
• Maintains Drug Log accuracy and batching report accuracy.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training.
• Physical stamina; must be able to lift 50+ pounds at a time.
• Ability to work in a dusty environment.
• Excellent verbal communicator.

Schedule: 10 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime, Weekends as needed
