Job summary

The Detroit Red Wings are seeking a control room seasonal assistant to help conceive, plan, develop, and execute game presentation elements for home games and events at Little Caesars Arena. You will collaborate with staff across departments, assist in content loading, and contribute to engaging in-game experiences for fans.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multi-task with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong decision making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
• Experience in a prior role or similar field is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to work long and unpredictable hours on weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work inside the control room during select office hours, home games and select events at Little Caesars Arena.
• Contribute new ideas for in-game features and experiences that evolve the presentation.
• Collaborate with game day crew to ensure production standards are met.
• Load content into equipment needed for events.
• Assist in planning and coordinating secondary events like viewing parties and college events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop engaging in-game solutions.
• Contribute ideas to enhance theme nights.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Game Presentation department.
