Job summary

Delaware North at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, MI, is seeking a seasonal Marketing Assistant to support promotional campaigns, community outreach and social media presence. You’ll help plan campaigns, create content, and track results while collaborating with designers, vendors and internal teams.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, basic graphic design and photography skills, and the availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Interest in social media, marketing and digital content creation
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Basic photography/videography skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms
• Write captions, email copy, blog posts and promotional materials
• Coordinate marketing calendars and campaign timelines
• Update website content and online listings
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, vendors and internal teams
• Support promotional events, product launches and community outreach
• Maintain marketing assets, brand guidelines and digital files
• Conduct market and competitor research
