Qualifications

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior control room operation experience preferred.
• Prior dispatch experience preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control all operations of the building automation control room.
• Dispatch and log all maintenance calls.
• Monitor Critical Life Safety panels and notify Engineer on Duty.
• Maintain accurate log of pre-event, during event, and post-event.
• Monitor elevator alarms and respond to help calls.
