Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma and may have prior control room or dispatch experience. You will be responsible for logging events, monitoring alarms, and dispatching engineering personnel during events.

Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Control all operations of building automation control room equipment.
• Monitor Critical Life Safety panels and notify relevant parties in case of alarms.
• Maintain accurate logs of events and dispatch essential personnel during events.
