Responsibilities

Maintain integrity of information barriers by monitoring material non-public information.
Analyze deal impact on tradable instruments and record notes in internal database.
Review research drafts and transactions to advise publication or trading activity.
Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain approvals for Firm/client transactions and risk activities.
Ensure compliance with Global Research Settlement rules and Firm policies.
