Job summary

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah seeks an Associate, Control Room to monitor information barriers and safeguard material non-public information across private and public sides of the business.

You will analyze deal impacts on tradable instruments using financial calculations and company strategies, and maintain logs and summaries in internal databases. You will collaborate with deal teams and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies, review research drafts and

Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's in Finance/Economics or related field with required experience.
Experience in risk management, regulatory inquiries, and stakeholder collaboration is required.

Responsibilities

Monitor information barriers and maintain confidentiality across private and public sides.
Analyze the impact of active deals on tradable financial instruments using financial calculations and strategies.
Maintain logs and notes for each active deal in internal databases.
Review investment research drafts and transactions to advise permissible publication or trading.
Facilitate review and approval for Firm/client transactions and risk management activities.
Apply Global Research Settlement rules and Firm policies and procedures.
